How do I order or book?
Everything happens in our Telegram bot. Tap a card above, or message @redbluebrick_bot — browse parts or book an on-site session, and you'll get an exact price right in the chat.
How do I pay?
Bitcoin or Litecoin, on-chain, confirmed automatically — no cards, no processor, no fees from us. You can also top up a wallet balance in the bot and pay from it.
Can I pay another way?
Yes — message support (@redbluebrick) and we'll arrange it. We don't accept credit cards at this time, to protect ourselves and our customers.
What's an Administrator?
A vetted local builder who comes to you for a one-hour, on-site building session — a flat $40, plus a flat $15 one-way travel fee (or book their ride yourself and skip it). Sessions are bookable up to 12 hours ahead. You can hire one without buying any bricks.
Refunds & cancellations?
Unused parts are refundable within 14 days. Cancel a session at least 2 hours ahead for a full refund — and you're only charged after an Administrator accepts, so an unaccepted request is never billed.
Where do you deliver?
Within San Francisco; the delivery fee is shown at checkout. Sessions are fulfilled in person at the address you provide, during the slot you select.
